Alyn SA-MP Mobile provides a mobile launcher for the SA-MP (San Andreas Multiplayer) modification for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Our services include server listing, server management, and other related features.

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Account termination

We reserve the right to disable your account if you violate any provision of these Terms or compromise the integrity of our Services.

Alyn SA-MP Mobile uses a digital credit system for premium features. Credits are delivered and consumed instantly upon delivery to your account.

• Non-transferable between accounts
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Expire upon account termination

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

All prices are in USD. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change with 7 days notice.

This includes, without limitation:

• Change of mind
• Accidental purchases
• Unused credits
• Account suspension
• Technical issues
• Dissatisfaction

By completing any purchase on this platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing digital goods delivered instantly
• Digital goods have no physical form and cannot be returned
• You understand the functionality before purchase
• You waive any right to cancel or receive a refund
• You will not initiate chargebacks without contacting support
• Credits expire upon account termination

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in legal action and a permanent ban from all services.

You agree not to use our Services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or threatening material
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Gain unauthorized access to services
• Use services for fraudulent purposes

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.

Any credits or purchased features in a terminated account will be forfeited and will not be refunded or transferred.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of changes via email or through our Services.

Your continued use of our Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

In no event shall Alyn SA-MP Mobile be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
• Inability to access or use the Services
• Any third party conduct or content
• Unauthorized access or alteration
